This is a base which, thanks to the most technically advanced production systems, allows to obtain a highly performing ice-cream with no use of chemical emulsifiers. It is made only by sugars, milk derivatives and carobs flour and it allows to achieve a high quality and clean label ice-cream. It is very creamy and scoopable even after long time in the display case. Without any added flavouring, it preserves the ingredients original taste. A base without “E”, containing only carob.
Dosage: 100 g Natural Più 100, 220-240 g sugar, 1 lt milk, 30g cream.
